Together with Stripe and Klarna Bank AB (publ) via Stripe, Maybe Baby offers the following payment options:
There is no charge for using Klarna. However, taxes or fees (such as late fees and default interest on invoice payments) may apply depending on the chosen payment option.
Please refer to the individual payment terms for the option you choose. Klarna may at any time add or remove one or more payment options from those offered by Klarna.
Although it is uncommon, it may take up to 3 weeks before your test results are ready. We will keep you updated with information about the progress of your results from time to time.
In order to receive your results and reports, you must complete our health questionnaire. This form can be filled out at the time of purchase, but you can also do it later, after your results have been delivered.
Important to note: The results will not be available until the health questionnaire has been completed.
You need to keep your registration details and use any access password to view your results on your dashboard.
You must provide us with accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information. Failure to do so will constitute a breach of these Terms.
If your details change after registration, please contact us and inform us of the changes.
You have the right to request deletion of your results and personal data by contacting us in writing.
Important: Please note that deletion may affect our ability to provide our services to you, including your historical results. Make sure to save your results before requesting deletion.
Subject to this section, these Terms will remain in full force and effect as long as you use the Website. Maybe Baby may at any time, for any reason and at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your rights to use the Website (including your Account), including in the event of a breach of these Terms.
Upon termination of your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, unless otherwise required by applicable legislation. Remember to save your results before requesting deletion if you wish to keep them.
Subject to these Terms, Maybe Baby grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, and limited license to use and access the Website solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
We reserve the right to restrict access to certain parts of the Website or the entire Website for users, including registered users, without providing any reason.
Shipping within Sweden is free of charge. Delivery is available throughout Sweden and we aim to deliver within 2-3 business days. If delivery is to another country, shipping costs and delivery times may vary.
For international deliveries, customs duties and VAT may apply. These costs are the customer's responsibility and are paid upon delivery.
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement without stating any reason within 14 days from the date of purchase. When you receive your home test kit and use it for sampling, the service is considered commenced and fulfilled. The right of withdrawal applies only if the packaging is unopened and the test kit has not been opened.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us via our contact form or send an email to us at hello at maybebaby dot app. Include your order number and state that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. Please note that if you have already received your kit and opened it, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
If you are dissatisfied with the service for any reason, we ask you to contact our customer service via the contact form on the website. If the home test kit does not work or cannot be used for any reason, we can offer a new home test kit as a replacement, provided that you notify us as soon as possible.
Maybe Baby owns or has the right to use all intellectual property rights related to the Services. The Services and the material presented are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights, with all rights reserved by Maybe Baby.
Maybe Baby reserves the right to change the scope, price, execution, range, and functionality of the Services at any time. If changes to the Services result in the Terms and Conditions being changed in a way that affects you as a customer, you will be notified of this.
Maybe Baby is not responsible for damage or delay caused by circumstances beyond the company's reasonable control, such as strikes, fire, government decisions, labor disputes, accidents, supplier errors, outages in public communication systems, or other unforeseen events that Maybe Baby could not reasonably have foreseen or prevented.
In the event of force majeure, Maybe Baby shall within a reasonable time notify you of the situation and its expected duration. If the force majeure situation lasts for more than 30 days, you have the right to terminate the agreement in writing at no cost.
When subscribing to Maybe Baby services (e.g., tests or other products), you start a subscription where you regularly pay for the chosen service or product at a favorable price.
We are here to help you make more informed decisions about your fertility and reproductive health, not to make those decisions for you or replace advice from licensed healthcare providers.

In order to provide services under the agreement, we need to collect information about you. Under the data protection law, we are what is called a "data controller" for your personal data and we are also a "data processor".

Disputes arising from the Agreement shall be settled by a general court with the Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance.
Before bringing an action in court, you shall attempt to resolve the dispute through negotiation. In the event of a dispute, you shall first contact our customer service to try to reach a resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute may be brought before the court.
